Unless stated otherwise on the Site, all products sold by CarParts.com.au are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, effective from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refunds (including shipping) will be provided by CarParts.com.au under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
  2. The product is not suitable for its intended purpose.
  3. The product does not match the sample or the descriptions provided by CarParts.com.au.
  4. The product was damaged during delivery.
  5. You can provide proof of purchase with the CarParts.com.au receipt.

Replacement products or refunds will be processed upon the receipt and inspection of items deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

In cases where a warranty fault is recognized and accepted by us, we will refund shipping expenses. If shipping costs are covered by CarParts.com.au for replacements, the original shipping address will be used.

Please note that exchanges are only provided for products that are clean, unused, and in saleable condition. This means the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Electrical components cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken.
