Before you write
- Order processing. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping Policy, section 2

- Change-of-mind returns. 30 days from the date of purchase, for items unused, in their original condition and in the original unopened packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and some items may attract a restocking fee. Returns & Refunds, section 1
